DllTikTok provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to download publicly available TikTok videos and extract audio from them. The Service:

  • Processes publicly accessible TikTok video URLs submitted by the user
  • Returns downloadable MP4 video files and/or MP3 audio files
  • Does not store, host, or archive any video content on our servers
  • Does not require account registration or personal information

03 Permitted Use

You may use DllTikTok only for lawful purposes. Acceptable uses include:

  • Downloading videos you have created yourself on TikTok
  • Downloading videos for personal, non-commercial, offline viewing
  • Downloading videos with explicit permission from the content creator
  • Academic, educational, or journalistic research where applicable fair use principles apply

04 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use DllTikTok for any of the following:

  • Downloading content you do not have permission to reproduce or distribute
  • Re-uploading, republishing, or monetizing downloaded content without the original creator's consent
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of another creator's work
  • Downloading content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Any automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading via bots or scripts
  • Attempting to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
  • Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
  • Downloading and distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law
Important: Violation of these prohibitions may result in legal liability for you and will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

05 Intellectual Property & Copyright

DllTikTok does not own, claim, or license any of the video content that users download through the Service. All downloaded content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators and rights holders.

You acknowledge that:

  • TikTok content is protected by copyright law in most jurisdictions
  • Downloading content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you
  • You are solely responsible for how you use any content downloaded via this Service
  • DllTikTok is not a substitute for obtaining proper licenses or permissions

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content
  • Warranties that the Service will always be compatible with TikTok's platform

TikTok may change its platform at any time, which may affect the functionality of DllTikTok. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service.

07 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DLLTIKTOK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages arising from copyright infringement or other legal claims resulting from your use of downloaded content

You agree to use the Service at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

08 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DllTikTok, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Any content you download, reproduce, distribute, or use in violation of applicable law

09 Relationship with TikTok

DllTikTok is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The TikTok name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of ByteDance Ltd.

By using DllTikTok, you remain subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service. We encourage you to review TikTok's policies at tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit in connection with your use of the Service.
